The Chartis Center for Rural Health is proud to partner with the National Organization of State Offices of Rural Health to celebrate National Rural Health Day on November 17th. As part of this celebration, we’ve teamed up with iVantage to recognize top performance in quality, outcomes, patient perspectives and financial stability.
iVantage Health Analytics is a leading provider of healthcare analytic and decision support tools. Health systems and rural hospital leadership teams across the country rely on the company’s software and services to deliver customized insights on clinical and financial performance, strategic planning, market assessment and contract optimization.
The Chartis Center for Rural Health strives to educate and support rural hospitals and the critical role these facilities play as the safety net providers for rural America through research and analysis. As the focal point of the center’s research initiative, the Rural Relevance Study: Vulnerability to Value provides a comprehensive and objective lens into the challenges facing rural hospitals. The Study presents findings from analysis and research that shed new light on the impact of Federal spending cuts and pending legislation on the rural healthcare landscape.
In addition, we take an active role in supporting the National Rural Health Association (NRHA) and other rural health advocacy organizations to educate policy makers on the challenges facing rural hospitals. Each year the Center collaborates with the NRHA to recognize the industry’s practice leaders, recognizing the Top Rural & Community and Top CAH hospitals.
